When I create my mosaics I tend to work either on a music theme or military, a lot of my work is commission based and I work closely within the biker world of creative art and I transform many club logos into a mosaic. I became self-taught in mosaic after finding out I could no longer work in the field I trained as an A la carte buffet chef.
So I moved my creative talent to produce art in another way, just not edible. At 59 I enrolled on a 4 year extended BA course at Plymouth College of Art which has just gained university status.
I am always up for a challenge, and on top of the BA or my mosaics I also help charities wherever I can.
