I’ve been a mosaic artist for over 20 years.
Mosaics are a beautiful way to create art with substance. I began making them as a hobby and quickly became enamoured by the process designing, painting, cutting, sticking and grouting.
My coastal themed pieces are inspired by my childhood, which was spent with salty hair and sandy feet by the seaside. I adore beach combing for materials such as shells, driftwood and pebbles, which gave many of my mosaics a real element of the coast.
I also enjoy making mirrors, hearts, cottages and nature inspired pieces. Using my hands to create art for people to display in their homes gives me great pleasure.
